What is the resume turnaround time?

Resumes or resume/cover letter bundles have a turnaround time of 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday)

Are drafts provided to review?

You will receive drafts first which are about 95% complete. At this time, we will make edits and adjustments before final drafts.

Is there a refund policy?

A 10% client dissatisfaction refund is offered on resume and cover letter services, after the consultant has attempted to edit the work to satisfy the client.

Does everyone get a free consultation?

Yes, everyone is entitled to a free 15 minute consultation.

If I refer someone and get services after them, do I receive a discount?

Yes, if the referral received services, you will receive 10% off of your service.

Can I call or email the consultant after my services if I have questions?

Yes, if you have questions after services you may inquire at no additional cost.

Do you offer discounts?

Discounts are offered around certain holiday times, these discounts will be posted via social media.
